Hello, I don't know how to play paddle tennis and I am looking for a physical activity that will make me feel better without exhausting me before work.
I suffer from insomnia and anxiety and used to do yoga, but the center closed down.Current knowledge of the student: Beginner (level less than 2)
Age range of the client: 36 to 50 years old
Objectives of the classes: Improve physical condition
Preferred location for the classes: Sports center
