Two in one:
University studies and practical experience in one program

Field of Education and Vocational Training:
Practical training at the job center of the district office
Students in the Social Work program learn to help people shape their lives and cope with problems and crises. In the job center, people are supported on their path to (re)entering the workforce. This includes employment promotion, vocational rehabilitation, and participation services for children and youth.

Requirements:
High school diploma or technical college entrance qualification (for technical college entrance qualification, a suitability test for university studies must be passed)

Structure of the dual study program:
Duration of training: 3 years

Pre-internship: September start: October 1st

The practical and theoretical training periods alternate every 3 months.

Each quarter at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Villingen-Schwenningen is followed by a quarter of practical training at the district office.
