Responsibilities:

Planning, controlling and monitoring of injection molding production and assembly areas
Leadership and development of employees in production, including handling all administrative tasks
Continuous improvement of production processes while ensuring quality, costeffectiveness and adherence to deadlines
Responsibility for occupational safety and monitoring compliance with service and accident prevention regulations
Ensuring plant availability

Requirements:

Successfully completed training as a master/technician or successfully completed university degree in mechanical engineering/process engineering or equivalent
Comprehensive knowledge of process flows in plastic processing
Knowledge of Lean Management methods, 5S, LPA, TPM
Independent, systematic and resultsoriented work style
Entrepreneurial thinking
Good English skills in spoken and written form
