Immediately About us: The CAWi GROUP is a family-owned and continuously growing company with three locations in Germany. The CAWi Kunststofftechnik GmbH has around 80 employees at its Kierspe location. Our core competence is the production of injection molded components.

Our manufacturing processes range from multi-component injection molding to insert and outsert technologies to the production of hybrid plastic components.

We are also one of the largest providers of the MuCell process. Our customers include renowned companies from the automotive industry, electrical and household appliance industry, and medical technology. Our many years of experience and the qualifications of our team are the basis of our successful actions.

To strengthen our sales, we are looking for you as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) Kierspe // Full-time // Permanent The focus of the task is to expand our customer base and tap into new industries.


Your area of responsibility:
You are responsible for acquiring new customers and tapping into new business areas. You strengthen existing business relationships and actively expand them. You are responsible for targeted internal and external communication during all project stages. You generate meaningful key figures, report them, and develop strategies for continuous improvement processes.
