Description
We are looking for a Landscape Architect / Certified Technician (m/f/d) in part-time to join our team in Tennessee as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Planning, tendering, awarding, object supervision and settlement of the group-wide maintenance services
- Planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring of tree and shrub plantings and object supervision of construction services
- Development of sustainable planting and maintenance concepts for residential construction
- Collaboration in the digitization and further development of outdoor area management
Your qualifications:
- Completed degree in Landscape Architecture / Landscape Management / Landscape Construction (Diploma / Bachelor) or completion of a state-certified technician program for gardening and landscaping or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge in gardening and landscaping
- Good knowledge of plants
- Proficient in specialized software programs such as AVA, CAD (desirable) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style
- Prior work experience is desired
- Good knowledge of German
- Valid driver's license (Class B
