The municipality of Ruppichteroth, with approximately 10,400 inhabitants and a size of approximately 62 square kilometers, located in the eastern Rhein-Sieg district, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the position of
Operations Manager (m/f/d) for the community-owned indoor swimming pool (Bröltal-Bad) at the earliest possible date.


This is a full-time, permanent position with 39 hours per week.
The Bröltal-Bad is a small (8m x 25m pool), but well-maintained and popular swimming pool. In addition to public use, the pool also offers swimming lessons for schools and clubs.

A focus lies in the attractive course offerings provided by the municipality, which have been continuously expanded in the past and are well-received by the community.

This makes the Bröltal-Bad an important part of promoting health and improving the well-being of the community. Join us in a responsible and meaningful role in serving the public.


Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of the entire swimming pool
  • Creating and implementing staff schedules
  • Training and instructing staff, including monitoring safety measures
  • Training new employees
  • Supervising and monitoring the swimming pool, including water safety
  • Planning and conducting courses for children and adults (swimming lessons, BEboard, aqua courses: aquarobics, aquapower, aquaf
