Our client is the strategic in-house consulting arm of a German corporation, advising the executive board and top management of all strategic business units. To strengthen the team, we are looking for in-house strategy consultants (m/f/d) who want to take the next step and make an impact in management consulting.

This strategic consulting team operates within the corporation with strong networking and serves as both an internal career incubator and a springboard for future leadership positions within the company. Due to the continuous development and digitalization of our client's business units, there is a high demand for strategic and experienced (senior) strategy consultants (m/f/d) with expertise in strategy, digitalization, and IT.

What is the role and responsibility?

  • Strategic in-house consulting for all business units of the corporation
  • Positioning within the executive circle
  • Responsible for the execution of highly visible / large / important / strategic / critical projects with significant management attention
  • Functional leadership and development of a strategic and C-level consulting team consisting of team leaders, experienced project and program managers, as well as technical experts and top architects
  • Responsible for the strategic (non-operational) phases of a project, including collaboration with the "Big 4" consulting firms
  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience
