Your Responsibilities:


  • After the customer drops off their bike at the workshop, you are responsible for the initial inspection of the bike.
  • You note down any necessary repairs, create a cost estimate using our software, and discuss the costs with the customer over the phone.
  • Afterwards, you order the necessary spare parts and hand over the bike to a mechanic for repairs.

Your Profile:


  • You share our passion for bicycles and have a good understanding of their components.
  • Ideally, you are a trained
    bicycle mechanic or
    bike assembler or have a similar qualification, such as being a
    car mechanic or
    automotive mechatronics technician, or have a lot of experience in one of these areas, for example from your free time.
  • However, we also welcome
    career changers to join our team.
  • You are communicative, resilient, and thorough.
  • You have basic computer skills.
