As a (Senior) Account Executive, you will be the strategic process consultant for companies in a digitized world and make them more future-proof, humane, and efficient with our HR software. We are looking to grow and are therefore seeking reinforcements for our sales teams at our locations in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Vienna, and Zurich.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • You will start with an intensive training as part of our 5-week onboarding program, where you will get to know our company, workforce management (time tracking, personnel deployment planning), and our software products.
  • As part of our SMB sales team, you will be responsible for the entire complex sales process: from independent lead generation to process analysis and software presentation to successful deal closure (typically 1-3 months).
  • You will focus on acquiring customers in the medium-sized sector (up to 1,000 employees) in various industries - lots of variety and high flexibility.
  • Consultative selling: Use your expertise in business processes and workforce management to convince champions and decision-makers of the benefits and return on investment of our HR solution.
  • The goal is not only to present the HR software, but also to inspire your target customers with the ideal solution for their individual processes and requirements.
  • Collaboration with inside sales, IT consulting, and marketing.
