Description

The Sales BDC Representative at Bill Dodge Auto Group is vital, acting as the first link between the dealership and customers who initiate their vehicle search online or by phone.

Success demands top-notch communication, sales, organization, and time management skills, along with the ability to learn, adhere to processes, engage positively with all parties, and follow instructions diligently.

Salary plus commision $50-70,000 per year

This position is In-Person only. Must live or be relocating within commuting distance of Westbrook, ME.

Schedule:
Availability between 8 am and 7 pm Monday through Saturday (one day off during the week)

Responsibilities:

Answering a high volume of customer phone calls and initiating followups to sales appointments
Respond quickly and thoroughly to the internet, phone, and live chat inquiries.
Follow up/schedule customers who require an appointment for sales.
Utilizing scheduling systems and CRM to build customer relations
Working closely while maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
Any other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in VinSolutions preferred
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
Must have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and processes
Be a dedicated, energetic, team player
Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR and Criminal Background required
