Position Overview:
Effectively communicate and serve as the liaison between Air Stream service technicians and customers.


Essential Job Functions:

• Enters work order sheets
• Posts estimates and gives to Service manager
• Scans and efiles estimates
• Maintains dispatch board daily and sets up for following work day
• Enters, issues, tracks, and corrects purchase orders
• Prepares entered sheets for billing
• Creates service jobs and efiling approvals
• Prepares small quotes
• Answers phones and takes service calls
• Makes appointments and maintains checklist for Project Managers
• Dispatches technicians to their scheduled calls
• Scan sheets after payroll is complete
• Coordinates with subcontractor work
• Follows all procedures and protocols
• Comprehends customer requirements and takes appropriate action
• Builds positive relationships with customers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Multitasker with the ability to work well under pressure
• Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional followthrough abilities

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Associates Degree
• Two years of customer service experience in an office environment
• Must have heavy data entry skills
• Must have a pleasant phone voice
• Working knowledge of HVAC/Construction terminology and processes a plus
