La Verkin, UT is experiencing a significant shift in mobility in recent years.

However, employee mobility has remained stagnant, with little consideration for sustainability and a company car being seen as a status symbol.

At RYDES, our goal is to democratize company mobility and make it more sustainable.

We provide companies with the ability to offer all modes of transportation to their employees and offset their CO2 footprint through top-quality sustainability projects.

Based in the heart of Berlin, our small team is dedicated to reimagining company mobility.

We are backed by venture capital from Lufthansa and Porsche, and we are looking for a Working Student in Sales to join us in driving RYDES' growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Clevel executives, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and other teams to drive revenuegenerating activities.
  • Assist in creating reports and analyses to inform management decisions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales startup is preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales fundamentals such as pipeline management, forecasting, and lead generation, with a strong desire to learn more.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and comfortable using Google Sheets and CRM tools (preferably Hubspot).
  • Organized and proactive with a "cando" attitude.
  • Motivated to achieve goals and persistent in reaching them.
  • Selfcritical and open to constructive feedback.
  • Enjoy problemsolving and process improvement.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
