We are looking for a Heilerziehungspfleger *in, Erzieher *in (m/w/d) for our residential house Cesar-Klein-Ring in Hamburg Steilshoop.

Work Environment

Our residential and support offer Cesar-Klein-Ring is located in the multicultural district of Steilshoop in Hamburg. Currently, 26 people live in small shared apartments and individual apartments. We support people with complex support needs. What does the location offer? Cultural events through local education centers and churches, a community college, a library, public sports and leisure activities, shopping opportunities in the centrally located shopping center, and a medical center. Everything is close by and within walking distance. Small gardens or the Bramfelder See offer beautiful walks in nature. Curious? We look forward to hearing from you.

Overview of Tasks

  • Individual support for people with disabilities in their various support needs
  • Accompaniment and care in everyday life as well as household, basic care and health-promoting activities
  • Accompaniment of clients in leisure activities, shopping or e.g. appointments with authorities or doctors
  • Participation in the creation of social space-oriented support plans, social reports and documentation
  • Participation in the development of activity offers in the house
