Your Role

As the Team Lead (M/F/d) for Order Management, you will oversee global ordertocash processes and operational activities, leading a team of 6 members.
You will drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and optimization efforts for service levels, backlog management, order management, and order confirmations.
You will manage shortage and allocation processes in collaboration with various stakeholders.
You will handle critical escalations related to customer supply chain requirements.
You will develop and implement global OTC supply chain standards and SOPs, maintaining them in our Döhler Operating System to establish a data and processdriven structure for endtoend OTC processes.
