Training as a Precision Mechanic (m/f/d) at Williams Canyon

Our goal is to train for the future - that's why we place a high value on the quality of our training. Experienced trainers and training coordinators provide our apprentices with the latest training content and pass on their expertise. With the help of in-house training plans, we ensure that all training content for the respective profession is optimally conveyed. An important part of this is the rotation through different departments within the company.

This allows for the recognition of personal strengths and helps to individually promote them, with the goal of finding the right area for future employment.

To be optimally prepared for the professional world, our apprentices take on responsible tasks early on, with the support of their trainers.

What you will learn with us:

As an apprentice precision mechanic (m/f/d), you will plan work processes, set up machine tools, perform tasks (e.g. eroding, milling, drilling, grinding), and measure and test mechanical and physical quantities. In addition, you will learn how to create and optimize programs for machines. You will assemble and disassemble tools and molds or commission fixtures, systems, and equipment.

What you should bring:

Secondary school leaving certificate with good grades in mathematics
