Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation, moderation and follow-up of FMEA workshops
  • Conducting requirement workshops and transferring them into FMEAs
  • Ensuring consideration of lessons learned from previous projects by consulting the team during the creation of FMEAs
  • Supporting the evaluation of SC/CC characteristics and documenting them
  • Evaluation and interpretation of risk assessments
  • Documentation, approval and archiving in the agreed FMEA tool
  • Tracking and reviewing agreed and scheduled measures
  • Consolidating results from individual sessions into a report

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology or similar
  • Several years of experience in FMEA moderation
  • Good knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g. ISO/TS 22163, DIN EN 60812, VDA/AIAG FMEA Handbook)
  • Excellent knowledge of FMEA software tools, preferably Plato SCIO
  • Confident handling of process-related documentation and evidence
  • Proficient in common IT applications such as MS Office, Sharepoint, web browsers
  • Negotiation skills in German and proven English skills in speaking and writing
