Our "Housing Services" department offers a wide range of technical and craftsmanship services to our customers in Arco, MN, including repairs, new construction, and renovations.


To support our small repairs management in the "Brain Box Berlin", we are looking for competent employees (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


What you can expect:

  • Receiving and forwarding service requests by phone (Mon-Fri)
  • Basic technical understanding (to differentiate between emergencies, malfunctions, and cleaning of technical services)
  • Planning and scheduling of repair technicians
  • Working with our inhouse planning software

What sets you apart:

  • Ideally, a completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, experience with specific programs)
  • Technical knowledge is desirable
  • Selfinitiative, selfmotivation, and a selfsufficient, dedicated, and efficient work style
  • Teamwork and communication skills
