As a Regional Sales Representative you're not just maintaining Cassini USA's presence; you're actively elevating it.Your role is crucial in expanding our footprint in the vibrant Chicago market, bringing our top-tier hemp products to a wider audience, and directly impacting our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Forge a path through the Chicago area, strengthening ties with existing retail partners while boosting brand visibility and sales.
- Spearhead new business development through strategic cold calling and robust outreach efforts, broadening our reach and deepening market penetration.
- Masterfully manage product inventories at retail locations, ensuring seamless stock flow and averting any potential shortages.
- Harness analytics to slice through sales data and market trends, crafting and executing potent sales strategies that resonate in a competitive landscape.
- Act as the pivotal contact for all inventoryrelated queries, delivering swift resolutions and maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Compile and deliver incisive reports that capture market feedback, sales metrics, and inventory positions, providing actionable insights to propel company strategies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated prowess in sales or account management, with a rich background ideally rooted in the hemp, vape or alternative products industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal prowess, with a proven track record of forging and sustaining professional relationships.
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills, coupled with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High adaptability and flexibility, thriving in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry landscape.
- Selfdriven professional, adept at independent operations and collaborative endeavors.
- Deep understanding of cannabis products and a thorough grasp of the regulatory framework.
Additional Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Ready and able to undertake extensive travel across the Chicago region, primarily by car.
Compensation:
- A competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus commission on new accounts, rewarding your direct impact on our growth.

$50, $60,000.00 per year
