Your responsibilities


To support our project management team in the "Operations Customer Care" department, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated student with a strong interest in project management.


  • You will assist in the planning, organization, control, and monitoring of projects. You will also measure the quality of the projects.
  • You will support in monitoring and controlling our project portfolio.
  • You will help us analyze and improve processes.
  • You will be responsible for creating documentation and preparing presentations.
  • You will create statistics and evaluations.
What we are looking for


You are at least in your third semester of studies in information management, business informatics, media informatics, industrial engineering, or a similar field.


  • You ideally have some knowledge and experience in project management.
  • You are interested in technology, the internet, and IT and are passionate about technological progress.
  • You have good to excellent Microsoft Office and English skills.
  • You are communicative and wellorganized.
  • Quality and conscientiousness are important to you in your work.
  • You enjoy networking, value teamwork, and are always committed.
