Job Description:
As part of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting preparation and qualification measures. You will also provide coaching to participants throughout the entire process of vocational rehabilitation. Additionally, you will teach business and/or economics classes for the training of administrative assistants.

You will support participants in acquiring practical work experience and maintain contact with the local training institute, the responsible funding agency, and the administrative office providing the vocational training.

You will also create individual development plans in collaboration with the multiprofessional rehabilitation team.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in education or economics, practical experience in vocational rehabilitation and integration, proficiency in MS Office programs, and possess strong negotiation and teamwork skills.

A valid driver's license (Class 3/B) and willingness to travel is also required.
