Your Responsibilities

  • Support in the area of personnel recruiting
  • Search and approach suitable professionals through active sourcing in various networks (Xing, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Publication of job advertisements on company platforms
  • Coordination of job interviews
  • Planning, organizing, and assisting with training sessions and workshops
  • Driving and actively shaping recruiting and digitalization processes

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Team-oriented, independent, and reliable working style
  • Interpersonal skills and communication competencies
  • Excellent MS Office skills
