What to expect


In close collaboration with our clients, you will provide support for strategic and procedural issues, such as M&A or capital market transactions, and assist in the creation of business plans for operational transformations.

You will primarily contribute your knowledge in the areas of corporate finance and M&A lead advisory (sell-side and buy-side, distressed) and continuously expand your expertise.

You will use your communication skills to create presentations, information memoranda, teasers, long lists, and process letters.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting investor outreach, coordinating and accompanying due diligence examinations, hosting virtual data rooms, and supporting management presentations.

What you bring

Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business, mathematical, scientific, technical, or information technology field
Professional experience in an investment bank, renowned law firm, transactions department of a leading auditing firm, or internal M&A or corporate development department of a company
An excellent analytical mindset, strong affinity for numbers, and good teamwork and communication skills
High motivation, initiative, and attention to detail
Fluent in German and English
