Your Responsibilities:

We are growing and therefore looking for YOU to join our team in Nuremberg.

  • Identification and acquisition of new customers and business opportunities in the courier, express, and postal service sector
  • Building and maintaining longterm customer relationships through professional customer service and consultation
  • Active market observation and analysis to identify new trends and business opportunities
  • Development of tailored sales strategies and plans to increase market share
  • Negotiation of contracts and terms with potential business partners, including at the Clevel
  • Close collaboration with internal departments to develop customeroriented solutions and continuously improve services
  • Regular reporting on sales progress and achievement of revenue goals
  • Preparation of calculations and offers

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in business development or sales in the logistics sector or similar industries
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as a high level of customer orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Proactivity and results orientation
  • Teamwork and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
