You are a product expert for our international ERP systems and automation solutions and support our customers when it comes to 1st level support. We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our team in Langenfeld (NRW) to support our international customer base.
- Independent processing of support and service requests from our customers
- Consulting our customers on the use of our products
- Error analysis and support for our customers in troubleshooting
- Execution of simple SQL queries
- Organization and execution of user trainings over the phone
- Testing of new features
- Ticket creation, tracking, and processing using our in-house ticket system
- Direct communication with our development teams in Germany and Ecuador
- Direct communication with our 2nd level support in Germany and Switzerland
As an IT support employee, you will be the contact person for our global customers in all phases of post-telephone support.
