- Digging a trench to the main drainage system and sealing it for the bathroom.
- Installing plasterboard ceilings throughout the house with rock wool insulation.
- Installing insulation on exterior walls facing c/ José Luis Diez.
- Tiling the floors in the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and gallery.
- Tiling the walls in the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and terrace.
- Opening a partition between the bedrooms.
- Enclosing a bedroom door.
- Installing casings for sliding doors in the bathroom and bedroom.
- Installing two PVC tiltandturn windows with three safety glass panels and argon gas in the bedrooms.
