We are Hedi Kitas, an association of 48 childcare facilities with the goal of lovingly accompanying children in their lives.

With 28 church communities in the Archdiocese of Berlin, we have a strong partner by our side.

In order to efficiently and optimally structure our processes and structures in the newly founded association, we are looking for an experienced and charismatic leader as
Head of Finance and Controlling (m/f/d).

In a challenging position with 39 hours per week (part-time and remote work possible), you will lead the department and shape the establishment of the associated departments for us as the carrier in the main administration in Berlin-Mitte.
