Ticket Inspector in Public Transport (m/f/d) - Career Changers Welcome

What you should know:

    €3000 monthly salary

Your responsibilities:

  • You check tickets and IDs of passengers on our buses and trains
  • You ensure that all passengers comply with our transport conditions and tariff regulations
  • You advise and inform our passengers when they have questions

Your profile:

  • German language skills at least B1 level in speaking and writing
  • Customer and serviceoriented thinking and acting
  • Professional experience with customers
  • Proof of expertise according to § 34a of the Trade Regulation Act
  • Public transport training (can be completed later)
  • Clean criminal record
