Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

  • Plans, develops and implements a plan that ensures computer systems, technologies and methodologies employed. Provides the Company with solid, effective and efficient systems that are supportable.
  • Partner with L&D, and Division/Region Sales lead for training with Market Expansion, and CB Global in person in Philadelphia and Dallas.
  • Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with hardware, software, consulting and employee resource vendors to ensure that the Company's systems are adequately supported and external influences on the Company's management information systems center are understood.
  • Works with Divisional leadership to create and maintain a training playbook. This will include best practices for onboarding content and training schedules for Managed Solutions (OOF), CB Global, and CHQ Sales Teams.
  • Evaluates all major system modifications and development requests to determine potential benefits and impact on business and information system operations.
  • Ensures timely availability of information and data for business users.
  • Partners with CHQ Operations team to ensure all sales enablement tools are up to date and have had field awareness including Guidelines of Cooperation, Rules of engagement, EUC and additional evergreen content.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree


While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
