Your new challenge:

- short and medium-term planning of personnel and train deployment
- competent communication with internal and external interfaces
- operational contact for our own staff, customers, and service providers
- recording of additional services in case of planning deviations
- participation in ensuring compliance with legal and operational regulations
- ordering of train routes and sidings
- coordination and inspection of maintenance measures, inspections, and equipment of trains
- organization of accommodation for our staff
- monitoring and statistical documentation of our services

We are looking forward to:

- completed vocational training, ideally with a focus on office management, railway, freight forwarding, or logistics
- good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
- resilience, flexibility, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
- willingness to work in a 3-shift system and take on standby duties
