We are are seeking a Cleaning Associate that is a motivated self-starter, dependable and team-oriented. We are looking for someone who has strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management. This position is responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the facility and/or office building. These duties may vary to include some or all of the following job responsibilities.


Role Responsibilities:

• Clean designated facility and office areas, which includes dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, removing trash, disinfecting surfaces, etc.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:


What Tredit Tire is looking for:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is strongly preferred.
• Prior janitorial/cleaning experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent cleaning skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently with a minimum of oversight.
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to be part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 1520 pounds.
