Do good at Lafim-Diakonie for the elderly.

We are looking for a qualified caregiver (m/f/d) to join our team at the Evangelical Senior Center Lindenstraße, located at Lindenstraße 18 in 19348 Perleberg.

This position is available immediately and is part-time (30 hours/week) based on a 40-hour work week. Our center, located in the city center, offers 70 full-time care places and four short-term and respite care places. In addition, we have 20 apartments for assisted living. The center is conveniently located near bus and train stations, as well as various shopping options within walking distance.

Your role will involve promoting the independence and well-being of our residents through individual, activating, and holistic care and support.

You will be responsible for planning the care and support process in a professional and organized manner.
