As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a
SPECIALIST (m/w/d) Rail Service Desk EMEA for our renowned client in Hamburg, starting immediately, in direct placement.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will provide dedicated support and advice to the European branches on operational issues related to the product range of Rail Services China-Europe.
  • You will create adhoc offers and negotiate daily rates independently with rail service providers as well as pre and postcarriage companies.
  • You will receive orders from European branches and overseas, track shipments, and manage complaints.
  • You will contribute your creativity and expertise to the development and implementation of procurement concepts and support sales projects.

Your profile:


  • You have completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable commercial training.
  • You have experience in handling sea freight import and export shipments.
  • You have proven English skills and ideally additional language skills.
  • You have good IT skills, especially in working with MS Office.
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
