At the Koenig & Bauer AG location in Radebeul, we offer apprenticeships for the profession of industrial mechanic (m/f/d).

Training

During your 3.5-year apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), you will complete a technically solid basic training in our own training workshop. In addition, you will go through the specialist departments necessary for your professional activity. Here, you will learn about the structures of a mechanical engineering company. Our primary goal is to prepare you as a future mechanic for use in our assembly area and/or for worldwide service assignments.

Training focuses


• manual and mechanical metalworking


• technical communication


• assembly technologies


• control technology (pneumatics and hydraulics)


• additional qualification in electrical engineering, electro-pneumatics


• mechanical assembly and commissioning of units

Highlights of your training

2nd year of training: Participation in a 4-week apprentice exchange program with our main plant in Würzburg (performance-dependent)

3rd year of training: Several weeks of service assignments (possible worldwide) with support from a K
