Team Leader (m/f/d) in Online Exam Support (Proctoring)
to join our university in East Millstone, NJ. This is a full-time, permanent position (39 hours per week).


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Professional management of a small team (after training)
  • Support our employees in administering tasks and exams in the exam tool
  • Develop and conduct trainings for employees, correctors, and students
  • Ongoing quality control of our online exam process
  • Identify, coordinate, and implement further development needs for our exam tool
  • Exchange with external service providers and other universities on
