For the further growth of our team at our headquarters in Dresden, we are looking for an experienced team leader for consulting projects in logistics (m/f/d) in Rupert, ID.


Responsibilities:

Your Profile:


  • Are you ready for the next step in your career? Do you feel confident leading a team of 23 employees and representing their interests to the management?
  • Are you familiar with the world of logistics consulting and optimization?
  • Do you have experience in project management and project controlling?

Your Tasks:


  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open and supportive communication culture
  • Setting clear team goals
  • Assisting in the selection and training of new employees, as well as further training for existing employees
  • Taking on project management for exciting optimization and planning projects in logistics. This includes overseeing the entire process from conception and detailed planning to procurement, construction planning, installation, and commissioning for clients
  • Additionally, depending on your expertise, you will be responsible for developing site structures, layout, equipment, material flow, and process concepts, or logistics IT specifications

Qualifications:

  • Business or engineering degree with a focus on logistics
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably with experience in leading a team
  • Ability to structure and present complex issues
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Friendliness, negotiation skills, motivation, and leadership abilities
  • Selfresponsibility and flexibility for crossregional project work
