Perley IT manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the departments with their business processes through IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers the requirements of the departments in consultation meetings and collaborates with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

As a (Junior) Consultant Payment (m/f/d) for digital business models, you will oversee and shape the entire payment process, from selecting the payment method and service provider to implementation in collaboration with IT.
You will advise internal customers on selecting the right payment methods and processing procedures.
You will also be responsible for managing existing business models and coordinating with existing payment service providers.
You will document and analyze relevant processes and KPIs to improve workflows and handle ad-hoc requests from other teams, countries, and external parties.
In addition to managing contract negotiations with payment service providers, you will also support the operational compliance with data protection, PSD2, and PCI regulations.
You will also assist in managing and further developing operational processes to control the payment options in the checkout of Lidl online shops for increased customer benefits and a higher conversion rate - nationally and internationally.
