Job Title:
Programmer Analyst.

Role Type:
Hybrid (Onsite 3 days a week in Richmond, VA)

Location:
Richmond, VA

Note:
ALL interviews ONSITE. Long-Term position requires onsite 3 days a week at work location. Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking.

Responsibilities:

Manage, encode, and analyze complex software requirements to design and develop high-quality components using the.
NET Core framework.

Ensure that programming best practices are followed and prioritize work effectively.

Write system documentation when required.

Communicate effectively in both technical and business requirement discussions.

Design and develop using appropriate software design patterns to attain high reusability and maintainability.

Write effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Possess in-depth knowledge of system design patterns, tiered architecture, and testing practices.

Understand key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.

Work with project business and system analysts to clarify requirements and implement them.

Participate in Agile SDLC.

Requirements:

Fluency in JavaScript, including frameworks such as JQuery, React, Angular, or Blazor.

Strong proficiency in CSS3 and HTML5.

Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, , and Blazor.

Familiarity with software design patterns, tiered architecture, and testing practices.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in both technical and business requirement discussions.

Experience working in Agile SDLC.

Duration:
Assignment to be extended beyond 6/30, possibly 24 months.
