Your responsibilities:

You support young people who are facing difficulties in achieving a secondary school diploma or equivalent, or in transitioning to vocational training.
You help students successfully complete school, make career choices, find an apprenticeship, and stabilize their training.
You assess the competencies, potentials, interests, and academic and social situations of the students.
You develop support plans to assist and advise young people in areas such as developing key qualifications, career orientation, job application and behavior training, as well as working with parents and providing support for personal problems.
You coordinate collaboration with partners such as schools, training companies, or the employment agency.
