Responsibilities:


  • Independent procurement of materials and subcontractor services
  • Sending out bids and tracking offers
  • Acting as a point of contact for subcontractors/suppliers for inquiries
  • Reviewing and evaluating technical documents
  • Checking incoming bids
  • Technical comparison of bids
  • Conducting and documenting contract negotiations
  • Preparing and finalizing orders and subcontractor contracts
  • Creating contract documents
  • Fluent German language skills

Qualifications:


  • Degree in business or civil engineering, or completed commercial training, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through work experience and further education
  • Relevant experience in procurement of materials and subcontractor services in the construction industry preferred
  • Motivated career changers are also welcome
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of iTWO is an advantage
  • Negotiation skills, communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Ideally, good knowledge of construction and contract law and VOB/B
  • Good technical understanding is an advantage
  • Teamwork, reliability, and a selfmotivated, diligent, and careful work ethic
