For our OGS team at the "Adolf-Clarenbach-Schule" in Neuss, Bearcreek, MT, we are looking for a dedicated manager/coordinator hours/week) to join us on


As the head OGS coordinator, you will take on responsibility Use your professional experience and qualifications in the social pedagogical field to lead a strong team, develop organizational processes, and fulfill your own potential.

In your new job, you will create conditions for a pleasant working atmosphere, a safe environment for school children, and well-thought-out pedagogical concepts.

As a communication expert and point of contact for parents and your entire team, you will actively participate in decision-making and planning processes.

Motivated collaboration with cooperation partners and reliable personnel management are also part of your responsibilities.

  • Support and challenge elementary school students according to their individual development?
  • Plan pedagogical activities and lead their implementation?
  • Organize parent evenings and other events with guardians?
  • Coordinate and enrich holiday care with your ideas?
  • Act as a competent interface between the organization, school, and families?

You have:

  • A degree in education, social pedagogy, special education, or a similar qualification?
  • Professional and personal leadership skills?
  • A willingness for continuous development, empathy, and a sense of responsibility?
  • Preferably professional experience working with school children?
