We provide consulting and support services to foreign patients seeking treatment in German clinics, with a comprehensive range of services.

Through extensive global and regional networks, Booking Health offers patients a well-informed and needs-oriented selection of professional options to fully satisfy their medical needs.

We are currently seeking a Healthcare Manager with Russian or English language skills (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Remagen - full-time.

Responsibilities:

Resourceoriented scheduling of all patients in need of hospital treatment via phone and email
Needsbased organization and coordination of diagnostics and therapies for patients
Individual care planning for transfer and/or discharge
Maintenance, updating, and documentation of patient records in the system
Structured work according to defined checklists and standardized processes

Qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in the service industry or healthcare sector
Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in healthcare and in the care of international clients
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Structured, responsible, and careful work ethic
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent English or Russian language skills are mandatory, additional languages are a plus
