Your future responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a warm welcome.
You will handle the smooth checkin and checkout process for guests.
As a host, you are responsible for making sure guests feel comfortable and welcome during their stay.

Your profile for the position of Receptionist (m/f/d):

Previous experience as a receptionist (hotel), reservation clerk (hotel), or hotel assistant is preferred but not required
Experience in customer and guest service is an advantage
Career changers are welcome, comprehensive training will be provided
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience handling cash, debit, and credit card payments is a plus
Willingness to work in shifts (no night shifts) is required
Ability to commute to the workplace using public transportation and work in a shift system.
