Your Responsibilities

  • As part of the WWK Group's IT division, the Application & Integration Services department is responsible for defining, setting up, and further developing our application landscape. This includes a combination of standard software from leading manufacturers and our own solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and creative manager to join our team for the long term.

Your Tasks

  • In this role, you will lead a team of 14 employees in Sales & Portals, both in a disciplinary and technical capacity.
  • You will be responsible for the development and operation of our platforms, portals, and quotation applications to support our sales department, as well as our software development process.
  • You will align the development of your team and their tasks with the IT strategy, ensuring a technically and economically future-oriented approach.
  • You will support and develop your team in preparation for future IT requirements, promoting cost-conscious action and enhancing their technical, methodological, and social skills.
  • You will be involved in planning, determining personnel requirements, assessing performance, and determining salaries.
