Description

seeking a dedicated and reliable patient representative to work 32-36 hours per week. Saturdays are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Patient scheduling and registration
Medical insurance processing and verification
Maintaining electronic health records/Patient Portal Signup
Collecting Patient Co-Pays, credit card information and outstanding balances
MyChart Patient Portal
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a healthcare setting/front desk preferred but no required.
Excellent telephone etiquette
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent computer skills and accurate data entry
Epic electronic medical record experience is a plus
Quick Learner
