Job Description:


  • You will work on exciting construction projects in both structural and turnkey construction in Abram, TX
  • This includes creating cost estimates with input from internal and external experts
  • You will also be responsible for preparing order and work calculations
  • Additionally, you will evaluate tender documents and projects and develop special proposals and alternatives
  • You will prepare quantity and cost estimates and maintain calculation data
  • Your tasks will also include preparing and participating in subcontractor and supplier awards (e.g. creating performance specifications)

Qualifications:


  • You have a degree in civil engineering or a qualification as a technician or master
  • Several years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in structural and/or turnkey construction, is desirable
  • You have knowledge of RIB iTWO software
  • Experience with BIM applications (ideally Revit) and good MS Office skills are an advantage
  • You have a high level of technical and economic understanding and a sense of responsibility
