About the Position:
Bridgemaker is seeking a Director of People (m/f/d) to support us in successfully continuing the growth of our company.

Through suitable people processes and tools, modern leadership and organizational development approaches, and an authentic, value-oriented corporate culture, you will help shape our organization of tomorrow.

In addition to leading and developing the People team (4 employees), the focus will be on the employee experience of our approximately 80 employees.

As the Director of People, you will ensure that any potential challenges regarding team engagement are identified early on and that our employees are empowered to perform at their best through effective leadership, tools, training, and attractive conditions.

As the Director of People (m/f/d), you will be responsible for all of these critical areas and play a crucial role in shaping Bridgemaker's corporate culture and realizing our vision.

At the same time, as a competent sparring partner, you will advise and support the management of our newly founded ventures on all people and culture-related issues.

What You Bring:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field of People & Culture, including at least 3 years of experience at the management level
Ideally, experience in management consulting or a related consulting environment
Experience in implementing peoplerelated topics (e.g. performance processes)
Ability to build trusting and resilient working relationships and establish yourself as a goto person within the company
Creative and innovative thinking combined with the ability to turn ideas into
