Location:


  • Palm Beach, FL

Start Date:

  • ASAP

Compensation:
- $30-50 gross per hour based on experience

  • Discretionary bonuses based on performance
  • Health insurance reimbursement available
  • PTO and Sick Days after 6 months

Schedule:

  • Typical schedule would be 3pm to 9pm (30hrs/week)
  • Some flexibility to adjust schedule to start earlier or end later if needed

Description:
Young and loving family looking for experienced and caring nannies to join their household team for the long term.

The family recently relocated back to Palm Beach with 4 young children (two sets of twins age 2 & 4).


Primary Duties Include:
- maintain daily routines
- prepare healthy snacks & meals
- feeding, dressing, bathing, toileting & potty training when needed
- prepare the children for school (packing/unpacking/lunch/snacks)
- pick up the children from school or drive them to other activities if needed
- support cognitive, emotional, and conscious behavioral development
- arrange educational indoor/outdoor activities
- coordinate and supervising play dates
- engage in age appropriate play
- and all other tasks related to the children's safety and supervision


Additional Duties Include:
- making sure their rooms and play areas are clean, tidy, and organized
- providing general family/household assistance
- teach the children positive behavior and manners and will always adhere to the childcare philosophy of the employer
- ability to travel with the family on school breaks & holidays if needed is a plus (all travel expenses paid and travel stipend included)


Qualifications:

  • Longevity in past roles with excellent references
  • Experience with young children under
  • Confident Driver, valid license and clean driving record
  • Safe and clean vehicle to transport children in if needed
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally is not required but strongly preferred

$ $50.00 per hour
