Purchasing Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for the entire procurement of raw materials, packaging, trade goods, and services for our production facility
  • Systematic national and international supplier management, including leading price and contract negotiations
  • Further development and implementation of the purchasing strategy under strategic and sustainable aspects, as well as the resulting processes and structures
  • Market observation and analysis with regard to optimization potential
  • Interface in cooperation with other departments in the production process
  • Professional and disciplinary management of the purchasing team
  • Expansion of ITcontrolled purchasing processes

Your profile:


  • Completed training with a focus on purchasing and logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant practical experience in operational purchasing
  • High level of assertiveness, initiative, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking as well as costconscious action
  • Knowledge in the field of agricultural raw materials is an advantage
  • First leadership experience desirable
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (Navision/Business Central)
