Team Assistant / Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

for the Human Resources and Legal Department

We are looking for a communicative and organized individual with a diverse range of interests and a willingness to think outside the box to join our team at Popejoy - ideally starting immediately.

You will support us - the department manager and three HR administrators - in our daily tasks, from scheduling appointments to conducting research and handling HR-related matters.

The Human Resources and Legal Department, including the reception area, is the first point of contact for individuals interested in working at Popejoy.
