Description

We are looking for you to join the School Administration Office of the state capital Stuttgart. The positions are permanent.

The School Administration Office, with over 900 employees, fulfills all school administration tasks for the approximately 150 municipal schools of all types.

We create the framework for a sustainable school landscape in Stuttgart and ensure a high-quality range of schools.

The IT Competence Center Schools is the operator of the educational school IT and the central IT service provider for the municipal schools.

In the coming years, the comprehensive digitization of all Stuttgart schools will be significantly advanced.

An important role in this process is the support of the hardware and software of the schools, as well as the internal administration of the School Administration Office through the Service Desk.

Your main tasks:
Acceptance (phone, email, fax), processing and forwarding of incidents and service requests using ARS Remedy/ BMC Helix
Initial resolution and processing of incidents and requests (1st and 2nd level) in the area of Apple management solution Jamf Pro, Apple School Manager, and mobile devices (iPads, Apple TV, Apple Mac mini)
Administration of mobile devices in MDM solutions
Network administration of WLAN components
Data maintenance in ARS Remedy/ BMC Helix, Jamf Pro, and Airserver Cloud Management
Creation of instructions and maintenance of internal processes
